Our application process is smooth and simple enough for anyone to understand. We do all the complex calculations so as to better assess your eligibility for a tax refund and inform you of the same right away. Once you sign up, you will receive a notification in your inbox including any clarifications for any missing elements such as Photo ID, statements, etc. Do check you mail periodically!

STEP 1

Simply apply with your IRD number, Photo ID and Bank details.

STEP 1:
Apply with your Photo ID for verification with IRD. The most common and widely accepted one in New Zealand is your Driving Licence, although, we do accept other forms of Photo ID as well - 18+ Card, Firearms Licence, Overseas Passport + Visa/Permit, etc. Check out ID Requirements to learn more about Photo IDs.
STEP 2:
We talk to Inland Revenue on a daily basis regarding your application (PTS, IR3, etc.) and keep you updated about your application status via email. Depending on your tax circumstances, this might take from just a few days to a few weeks. Worst case scenario we've seen is a month, due to delays from IRD. STEP 3:
If there is a refund, or a return, we transfer your money directly to your preferred Bank account. While most of our clients receive an average of $500 and above for their tax refunds, one or two of our customers did get a whooping $2500 back - imagine that! And we do not charge any minimum fee, unlike our competitors, hence maximizing your refunds.
