However, to be able to provide our services, we need to share your data with the IRD in regards to your tax position, and we may also be required by law to disclose certain information to government agencies.

Concerning the preparation of your tax refund, we use the same technology as online banking websites to securely store and protect any private data we have of your taxes. These include storing your data in a 24/7 secure data centre in New Zealand and a signed privacy disclosure with our staff members on maintaining customer information confidentiality.
We must retain copies of your data for up to 7 years. This is a requirement by NZ law and cannot be avoided. Any information which is no longer required will be wiped out.
Once you apply, you are automatically added to our email database. This data is used only for business purposes and will not be sold, rented, loaned, and/or traded with any firms, researchers, enterprises and/or sellers.
